Summary: Dated/Dilapidated? Paid a premium price for a sub par experience. Can't recommend. Facilities are way over due for renovations. Outdoor spa empty and full of debris. Indoor spa pebbletec 10 years past reno. Towels were like sandpaper at pool and in room. WIFI not operable, couldn't conduct my business. Sad....

Summary: It was a last minute plan since our rooms with the holiday day inn was cancelled without our consent. Luckily, the Renaissance had a room WITH a balcony which one the same price of the room we listed. I love the atmosphere, the amenities is all what you need and it’s a perfect hotel for business trips or football games. The only problem I had was the parking garage was very dirty and doesn’t look safe.

Summary: Very polite, respectful staff in a calm enviroment. We ck in and the sliding door to our room had a gap at the top allowing road noise in. The following morning we asked of another room was available and they were very accommodating to put us in a new room for the remainder of the stay.

Summary: Rooms are outdated and run down. The slider to the patio was a very old double pane that let in every single bit of outside noise. Walls were thin enough we could hear the neighbors tv. The shower leaked so badly that it took all the towels to clean it up and the paint was peeling.

Summary: The team seemed very helpful. However, the AC did not work the first night. I was too tired to call. I called in the am and they said they would send someone up. I waited and no one came. I had to leave for my meeting around 8 am. I stopped by the front desk and told them no one came. They assured me they would send someone to fix it. When I got back that night it was not fixed. Had to call 2 x for someone to come. He could not fix it. Offered to move my room. It was too late so I decided to stay and engineer brought me a fan. The fan was so loud I could not use it. Between that and the noise outside I hardly slept. Very disappointed in this experience.

Summary: Our stay was great. The only thing was the bathroom was not cleaned very well. There was a brown smear by the toilet which was very offputting but otherwise everything else was perfect and we would definitely stay here again

Summary: If i had to use one word to descibe this place, it would be "classy." Very pleasant staff. The check-in ladies were very pleasant and were able to give me some good local restaurants to try. The room was very clean. The pools (indoor and outdoor) where great and our kids had so much fun. Beautiful establishment. The cost of the actual room was great, but the only downside is the parking fee and the cost of breakfast. However, the neighborhood is a little sketchy, so I do appreciate the secure parking garage. Overall, way more pros than cons. Despite the extra fees, we will be back. Great experience.
